Di Gesù G., Giammanco M., Di Prima G., Vetri G.

PDF

Hepato-biliary Cystadenoma is a rare benign cystic tumour of the liver, with a strong tendency to change into a malignant tumour. A differential diagnosis between cystadenoma and other cystic lesions of the liver is very important in order to perform a correct medical-surgical therapy. This study shows a case of biliary cystadenoma of big size, located in the right lobe of the liver, treated with an intervention of surgical resection.
