Freiberg’s (Kohler’s II) disease: review, clinical and therapeutic questions

The authors report the etiopathogenetic, clinical and therapeutic references of the literature about the metatarsal avascular necrosis of Freiberg, presenting their case series of patients treated with arthroplasty by interposition of periosteal graft in the advanced stages of the lesser metatarsal-phalangeal arthropathy.
