Tendon transfer in foot surgery: why, when, how

This paper treat about different functions of tendon transfer in central spastic palsy and in peripheral plegic palsy.
The surgical timing is very important. Only in not stiff deformity tendon transfer is indicated; on the other hand in rigid foot are indicated others operations.
