The pseudoaneurysm of the anterior tibial artery is a very rare morbid event. Literature reports statistics which bears a percentage between 3% and 7% per cent of all the pseudoaneurysm. Between these the anterior tibial artery pseudoaneurysm is more unusual. We refer to a clinic case report of an anterior tibial artery pseudoaneurysm in a patient with a bilateral claw foot.
