Poximal osteotomy of all the metatarsals with early full weight bearing: clinical results

The Authors present a surgical technique which can be applied to all the patients affected by multiple metatarsalgia, in particular as a result of previous operations or trauma. The above said technique is featured by a proximal osteotomy of all the metatarsals and the early full weight bearing. The clinical results of the patients operated between 1989 and 2000, with a mean follow-up of 11 years, follow.
