Foot deformities are not rare in numerical and structural chromosomal aberrations; the most important are: attitude anomalies (in order of frequency: flexible flat food, club foot, flat food, talus pes), plantar anomalies (grooves) and fingers anomalies (brachymetarsia, phalangeal hypoplasia, syndactyly).
