Intraosseous gangliom of the astragalus and homolateral calcaneous

Intraosseous ganglia are a benign cystic lesion of the bone, normally located in the subchondral epiphysis of long bones in middle-aged patient. A case of ganglion cysts of the astragalus and homolateral calcaneus is reported as well as the pathogenesis, histology, differential diagnosis, and a clinical picture.
