Parotid metastasis from non cutaneous head and neck tumors are uncommon. In particular, metastasis from primary renal neoplasm are extremely rare. We describe the case of a 73-year-old man with a medical history of chronic lymphatic leukemia and a total right nephrectomy for clear cell renal carcinoma presenting a growing mass in the right parotid gland. Conservative parotidectomy was performed.
