Malpuech facial clefting syndrome is a very rare syndrome characterized by mental and physical retardation, wide set eyes, genital abnormalities, urogenital anomalies and a characteristic facial cleft. The present work is a case of an adult patient affected by the syndrome showing all the typical symptoms and signs of the malformation and a review of the literature. The authors point the importance on the typical clinical picture of the case for accurate screening and diagnosis
