Schwannomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are quite rare. Most of them are benign and do not recur when totally removed by surgery. A case of schwannoma of the pterygopalatine fossa with extension in the nasal cavity is reported. In this case, we report the removal by endoscopic surgery with concomitant repair of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Endoscopic approach can be used for both diagnostic biopsy and definitive tumor removal where appropriate.
