We ­report the ­case of a 52-­year-old wom­an ­with par­tial ­left anom­a­lous pul­mo­nary ­venous ­return who was suc­cess­ful­ly treat­ed sur­gi­cal­ly with­out the use of extra­cor­po­real cir­cu­la­tion by divert­ing the anom­a­lous ­left ver­ti­cal ­vein ­into the ­left atri­um ­through a pos­te­ro-lat­er­al thor­a­cot­o­my.
