A ­patient ­with pos­te­ro­lat­eral ­left ven­tric­ular pseu­do­aneu­rysm, ­severe ­mitral regur­gi­ta­tion and cor­o­nary ­artery dis­ease is ­reported. ­Mitral ­valve insuf­fi­ciency was ­almost com­pletely ­cured by ­simple clo­sure of the ­left ven­tric­ular ­defect by ­edge to ­edge appo­si­tion ­along the ­long ­axis of the ­heart.
