Many mod­ifi­ca­tions of ­hepatic arte­rial ­anatomy ­have ­been ­reported. The new, pre­vi­ously non-­described var­i­ants are pre­sented in two ­patients ­with ­hepatic malig­nan­cies. The sig­nif­i­cance of ­unusual ­hepatic vas­cular ­anatomy for ­liver sur­gery and vas­cular inter­ven­tion are dis­cussed.
