A 42-­year-old man ­with a ­rare ­huge pri­mary car­diac heman­gioen­doth­e­lioma ­that ­arose ­from the ­right ­atrium is ­reported. ­With ­review of lit­er­a­ture, the path­o­log­ical char­acter, the diag­nostic ­images given by tran­se­soph­a­geal ech­o­car­di­og­raphy and mag­netic res­o­nance ­imaging and sur­gical treat­ment are dis­cussed.
