Do we really evaluate our resources?

Expert’s mission is to bring out the available resources, rationalizing treatment cost while obtaining effectiveness clinical trials. From this point of view different clinical case are presented. They are in a phase of colonization or at the infection resolution stadium and are treated with knitted, continuous filament viscose fabric slow release 10% solution of povidone-iodine. What is the ratio? To use an antiseptic to control the bacterial charge without being citotoxic and at the same the advantages of the respect of phisiological processes of tissue repair. This allows to bring out and rationalize the treatment costs using a simple and efficient dressing.
