The enzymatic regulation has a key role in the treatment of cutaneous ulcers. The study which I present here, takes into consideration a complete treatment using a matrix composed of 45% oxidized and regenerated cellulose (ORC) and 55% bovine originated collagen, in combination with a compressive elastic bandage for chronic venous ulcers.
