The use of katadinic silver in occlusive environment: a randomized comparative trial versus hydrocolloid

The target of the exudate reduction to manage better the chronic skin lesions can be easily achieved using traditional dressings together with secondary occlusive ones. In this work we highlightened that spray katadinic silver can improve the performances of the occlusive dressings, expecially in terms of prolonged weartime.
