Particular emphasis is laid on the considerable organisational and management impact of a problem that is encountered in about 50% of patients followed at home (202 patients with CSL out of a total of 402 cases treated in the course of 2002. Of the various data special attention was paid to those regarding type and number of lesions, the frequency of weekly medications, the type of products utilised and the cost of treatment.
