A multicentric trial was performed to evaluate efficiency of Tubulcus® compression system in treatment of venous ulcer. Tubulcus® is a tubular stocking with a coloured line, signing “line B” where compression is estimated within 30 mmHg and 40 mmHg. It is possible to locate “line B” below the ulcer level, and include the lesion in the controlled pression area. The use of Tubulcus® for 12 weeks demonstrated 84% of ulcer healing; these positive datas need validation from major clinical studies. We evaluated liking of this kind of therapy with a specific questionnaire; Tubulcus® has been well utilized in 66.6% of patients.
