A peculiar case of eccrine porocarcinoma of the pinna

Eccrine porocarcinoma (EP) is an extremely rare malignant cutaneous disease with fewer than 250 cases reported worldwide since 1963. Till date, there are specifically only four reported cases, inclusive of our patient for the occurrence of EP on the ear. Herein, we highlighted the etiology, histopathological features and treatment of EP presented in this 57-year-old female, with brief literature review of this rare entity.
