Syncronous unilateral parotid gland benign tumors of two different histological types: case report

The occurrence of multiple tumors in the parotid glands is an unusual phenomenon, as is extremely rare the synchronous development of different histological types neoplasm. This article describes the case of a 59-year-old woman with two synchronous tumors in the unilateral parotid gland. Histological examinations performed after surgery revealed the presence of pleomorfic adenoma and Warthin’s tumor.
