Three clinical cases of sarcomatoid carcinoma are described, two of the maxillary sinuses and one of the skin of the face. These are rare and serious localizations of this malignant tumor both because of the difficulty of differential diagnosis and the absence of symptoms in the early stages. The anatomico-pathological and prognostic features of this neoplasm are discussed. Its clinical behaviour is approximately the same as for squamous carcinoma.
