Otorhinolaryngological manifestations of Sjögren’s syndrome in pediatric age

A case of 7-year-old girl with recurrent parotitis later diagnosed as Sjögren’s syndrome is presented. A literature review allows to classify and underline the most frequent Sjögren’s syndrome manifestations in pediatric age, laboratory findings, immunological and radiological evaluations helpful in the diagnosis, and current therapy.
