Pri­mary tuber­cular ­lesion of the ­tonsil is a ­rare ­entity. A ­case of pri­mary tuber­cu­losis of ­tonsil pre­senting ­with a uni­lat­eral ulcer­a­tion of ­tonsil ­with lym­phad­e­nop­athy is ­described.
