A case with Ofuji’s disease in a 63 years old man suffering from lung silicosis is described. The patient presented crops of papules and pustules occurred on the chin, on the perioral and malar region; subsequently linear-arciform findings were also present on the malar region of the nape. The clinical feature, the uneffective systemic antibiotic therapy, the negative examination of pustules for fungi and bacteria, the histology of biopsy and the good response to dapsone therapy are suggestive for the diagnosis of eosinophilic pustular folliculitis. The importance of linear lesions occurring in the arciform polycyclic disposition is stressed in order to diagnose this disease.
