Cerebral embo­lism is a ­very ­rare but rec­og­nized man­i­fes­ta­tion of arte­ri­al com­pli­ca­tions of tho­rac­ic out­let syn­drome, and is asso­ciat­ed ­with ret­ro­grade embol­iza­tion in the cere­bral arter­ies. We here­in ­report a ­case of embol­ic ­brain infarc­tion due to arte­ri­al tho­rac­ic out­let syn­drome ­while dis­cuss­ing the eti­ol­o­gy, diag­no­sis, and sur­gery.
