Orbital apex syndrome following repair of an orbital floor and medial wall fracture

Here we describe a case of orbital apex syndrome following the delayed repair of fractures of the right orbital floor and medial wall. The patient recovered eye movements and V1 sensation, but there was no improvement in the loss of vision.
