One of the most complex problems of clinical angiology is the treatment of arteriovenous malformations (AVM). The pathology is relatively rare and there is still a lack of knowledge in practitioners. We present a case of combined treatment of patients with major arteriovenous malformation in the lower leg and pelvis.
