Simultaneous pulmonary and aortic valve endocarditis is an extremely rare situation in a normal heart. In Osler-Weber-Rendu syndrome atriovenous malformations develop in pulmonary and cerebral circulation as well as in the liver. We report a case of bilateral native valve endocarditis of the aortic and pulmonary valve approached by replacing both valves with a pericardial stentless aortic valve. His postoperative course was uneventful without episodes of bleeding immediately postoperatively and at the time of discharge.
