The paradental cyst is an inflammatory odontogenic lesion, which usually appears on the lower first and second permanent molars. The lesion occurs on the buccal and lateral aspects of the roots of mandibular molars with vital pulp at the eruption time. This is a case study of an eleven-year-old boy, whose both second mandibular molars were affected by a paradental cyst. The following is a case report on the pathogenesis of the aforementioned cyst.
