
Minerva Medica offers three kinds of subscription for each journal: individual, single-site institutional and multi-site institutional and three versions: print only, online only and print+online.
Prices for print and print+online subscriptions include handling and shipping.
Online access is activated via e-mail, password and, only for institutional subscriptions, IP address entered in the website section Your subscriptions -Activate.
Individual subscriptions can be print or print+online. Individual rates are granted only to subscribers who provide their private address and pay out of personal funds by credit card, check or bank transfer.
Single-site institutional subscriptions can be print, online or print+online. Single-site institutional subscriptions are available for organisations whose IP addresses come from a single geographic location in a single city, or from multiple geographic locations administered centrally in a single city and its surroundings.
Multi-site institutional subscriptions can be online or print+online. Multi-site institutional subscriptions are available for organisations whose IP addresses come from multiple geographic locations independently administered in different cities, provinces, states or countries, or from multiple geographic locations independently administered in a single city and its surroundings, or from multiple geographic locations administered centrally in different cities, provinces, states or countries.
The rates for single-site institutional online or print+online subscriptions are based on the number of Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). Full Time Equivalent bands are set as follows: Small (from 1 to 400 units of medical staff and students), Medium (from 401 to 800 units of medical staff and students), Large (more than 800 units of medical staff and students). The Extra-Large band covers organisations whose IP addresses come from multiple geographic locations administered centrally in a single city and its surroundings and does not take FTEs into consideration.
The rates for multi-site institutional online or print+online subscriptions are calculated on the basis of the number of locations to which the subscription will be sent. Please contact the subscriptions department for a cost estimate.
Organisations with more than one location can purchase either a single-site institutional subscription for each location or a multi-site institutional subscription.
Before sending in an order, carefully check which category is correct for the organisation in whose name the order will be made.
Every order must include the complete contact details for the subscriber (name, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address). For institutional online and print+online subscriptions, it is also requested to provide the subscription administrator’s contact details (name, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address).
Each order must be accompanied by payment. Subscriptions will not be processed until payment has been received. Sending the licensing contract does not constitute an order. The license agreement must be accepted when the subscription is activated.

Subscriptions run from January to December.
Notification of changes to mailing addresses, e-mail addresses or any other subscription information must be received in good time. Notification can be made by sending the new and old information by mail, fax or e-mail or directly through the website section - Your subscriptions - Contact subscriptions department.
Complaints regarding missing issues must be made within six months of the issue’s publication date.
