The paper describes the clinical case of a 46-year-old woman with a true aneurysm of the left subclavian artery. Objectively diagnosed as a pulsating mass in the left supraclavicular fossa, the lesion was treated by the insertion of a Mintec stent. The results at the end of the three-year follow-up period are compared with those of a far larger surgical series.
