A ­case of Maffucci’s syn­drome com­pli­cated by a ­mixed abdom­inal ­tumor ­with ­ascites in a 23-year-old ­female ­patient is ­described. As far as we ­know, ­this is the ­first ­such ­case in the lit­er­a­ture.
