The main aim of the study was to present two cases of sino-nasal cementifying fibroma who had presented with proptosis. Both these cases were diagnosed and treated at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India. Cementifying fibroma of ethmoids to present as proptosis is very rare and surgical excision is the treatment of choice.
