Total hip replacement is a common and successful orthopedic clinical procedure; nevertheless, few clinical studies have been performed to investigate the correct indications for this surgery. Aim of the present study is to report our decision making process for hip replacement, underlining some pathologies requiring a specific evaluation of the patient.
