This study was inspired by the lack of a systemic description in literature of foot deformities caused by traumatic lesions. The existing literature deals with single post-traumatic lesions but it does not include any general classification. Therefore, the authors have tried to propose a classification identifying the causes of the lesions and the relevant deformities. This classification should help understanding the single clinical cases.
