Ocular and it’s annex involvement during intestinal diseases is not rare and this depends upon different tissue structure related to eye and intestine. Intestinal chronic inflammation often are related with ocular disorders; its represent manifestation of multiple location of systemic pathological process. Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis are intestinal chronic inflammation disease that more often show ocular and annex involvement. Moreover intestinal vasculitis (mainly rheumatic) show this association, even if intestinal involvement is rare and with less manifestation than the eye.
