The work of Public Healthcare Manager is to guarantee for performance intensity required by reform which brought in Piedmont Region – Italy a new model of residential and semi residential medical assistance in favour of the reliant senior. The assistance is divided into six bands of levels of complexity. The aim of work is to underline national legislation and the recent legal framework of the Piedmont Region and brings to light the profiles of liability of Chief Public Health Officer, As well, analysis reveals how Chief Public Health Officer is today as a manager with managerial capacity that draws a bridge of comunication with reliant senior care.
