Delli Carri R.

Dirigente Medico Legale, INAIL, Ivrea, Torino, Italia

PDF

The assessment of the medical-legal and employment situation of obese patients must begin with an analysis of individual health conditions through the application of instrumental parameters provided by the clinic; should check the socio-environmental and working conditions, possibly mediated by epidemiological evidence; and, must make a final comment on the residual capacity of the overweight person to cope with the prognosis of the disease expressed on primary pathological factor and on all systemic complications recorded.
