The INAIL (public insurance against the accidents at work) guarantees to all the citizens health rights regarding workplace and the adequately and necessary rights in case of an accident at work or a professional illness. In the year 2000 the d.lgs 38 enlarged the interest of the institute considering prevention, rehabilitation, social and work readjustment. The INAIL set off a way of working, activating in synergy among various professionalities, composed by physician, administrative and social assistant. The équipe is not a new organic group but an instrument always active in a virtual way to provide the worker specific and integrated interventions involving sanitary rehabilitation, administrative and social. The results achieved overcoming the difficulties show that the équipe allows the integration the interfunction among the professions and valuation of needs from a multidimensional view, assuring in taking the responsibility of the injured workers for the global and total protection. The interventions agreed are working together, in fact, to make a rehabilitative project defined and based on the new psychological and functional profile of the injured worker of its needs, expectations and difficulties. The cases examined by the équipe were chosen to exemplify this operative model.
