Mondini P.

PDF

In this article the author analyses the iontophoresis under the legal medical aspect. This problem puts itself because in this moment, who makes therapy in a manual way, are two professional different figures. The first is physiotherapyst, who have legal acknowledgement, but he has neither a register and neither a assignment record. The second is trained nurse who has a legal acknowledgement and a detailed assignment record. However all is made under a medical check. The physician is responsible of the therapy and of the exact operation of the instrument. This lead a differentiation of the responsability when there are damages produced by the therapy.
