In this work the influence of various physical and chemical factors on the process of calcium alginate beads structure formation was investigated. The greatest effect on this process was obtained with the use of ultrasonic treatment of an initial solution of sodium alginate. The mathematical modeling of drug release from beads has been carried out. The results of this work allow to receive drug delivery systems with the specified properties and to predict their behavior in the stomach conditions.
