Intramural vas­cu­lar hydat­id dis­ease is an extreme­ly rare inci­den­tal find­ing. A ­unique case of vas­cu­lar wall hydat­id cyst sim­u­lat­ing aneu­rys­mal dil­a­ta­tion of the abdom­i­nal aorta is pre­sent­ed.
