This article describes the case of a 23 year-old man who presented with primary central nervous system lymphoma after diagnosed with central nervous system and pulmoner tuberculosis. After failed response of the antituberculous therapy, brain biopsy was made revealing primary central nervous system lymphoma. It may be difficult to distinguish tuberculosis from lymphoma. Hence, the association between lymphoma and the tuberculosis must be considered especially in countries where tuberculosis is highly endemic. Concurrent presentations of the tuberculosis and lymphoma in this case delayed the diagnosis of lymphoma.
