The squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) seems to be the most frequent complication among the main complications associated with Lichen sclerosus. The authors described a case report about a large carcinomatous neoformation in a old patient suffering from Lichen sclerosus. They analyse the reasons for a late diagnosis and the possibile etiopathogenesis of this carcinoma. Besides, the sentinel lymph node procedure enables to make a less aggressive treatment in patients with invasive vulvar cancer and to reduce the complicances and the morbidity of treatment without change the survival.
