The Authors with this study have wanted to underline that the methodic microarray allows to identify in brief times, one - two days, and contemporarily the genoma of eight viruses responsible of the acute respiratory syndrome (Influence A and B, Parainfluence I, II, III, Adenovirus, RSV, SARS-CoV). Nineteen patients have been examined with respiratory signes and then have been submitted to X-ray, high resolution TAC of the thorax , spirometry, gas-analysis, fibrobroncoscopy with inhaled-bronchus, bronchoalveolar lavage ( BAL) and serum, to identify the pathogen agent. On the BAL, serum and inhaled-bronchus has been performed the search of the viral genoma with methodic microarray.
