Goal of day surgery is to offer an optimal assistance to selected patients with reduction of general costs, also human, in favour of those patients affected by major pathology requiring ordinary hospitalization. Many surgical lesions involving the head and neck district can be treated in day surgery in consideration of both localization and dimension and of present technologies; some exemplificative cases are reported.
