A case of tuberculous tenosynovitis of the third right finger in a 51-years-old alcoholic man is reported. Diagnosis was delayed for 19 months despite 4 tenosynovectomies. Chest X-ray was normal. A high index of suspicion is necessary for early diagnosis.
