Teleangectasia macularis eruptiva perstans

Mastocytosis are a group of diseases that are characterized by an increase of mast cells in tissues especially in the skin. The etiology is no much known: an important etiological factor is the dislocation of the way of growth factor and receptor. The course is often benign. The authors present one case of 60 year old woman with macule telangiectodes on the trunk and at the extremities. The lesions have been present from 20 years and they are not linked to itching. Diagnosis is been confirmed by histological exam where it has been seen mast cells around the expanded vessel in the derma papillate.
