Cutaneous mucinoses are an heterogeneous group of diseases, primary or secondary, focal or generalized, characterized by mucin deposit in the skin. Cutaneous focal mucinoses are clinically identified by a group of papules or a single nodule characterized by an abnormal amount of mucin. Other correlated diseases should be excluded. This report is about a 26-year-old girl who presented with two reddish nodules, respectively on the posterior side of the left thigh and on the right forearm, over the previous 12 months.
